In order to deliver your goods, you must have a current EU VAT number. You can check the relevance of your VAT number on the website https://ec.europa.eu.
In Germany, we can also deliver to private individuals.

Unloading Of The Truck

We do not unload your goods. You must have your own forklift, and the driver is not required to unload so. If you don't have a forklift, you can rent one for the unloading day. We will notify you in advance when the truck will be on the place of your warehouse.

If you order oak or ash firewood, you must be registered in the TRACES system.
