This is only possible if you team up with colleagues or neighbors in the surrounding area to place a single truckload order. We do not sell small quantities. The most cost-effective order option is a single truckload of one product.

For private customers, the price must include VAT. We are currently authorized to supply our products to private customers in Germany and Poland.

Our net price for companies with a valid EU VAT number includes customs clearance in the EU and delivery to the end customer's warehouse (DDP terms). For private customers, the price is calculated under the same DDP terms, including VAT.

This is only possible if these types of products are manufactured by the same supplier. Your request must be communicated in advance.

Unfortunately, this is not possible, as our business policy stipulates that we only ship our goods via the transport of our trusted partners (forwarders and transport companies).

Unfortunately, this is not our business policy. For EU countries, our company clears the goods we deliver through customs. Independent customs clearance by the client is only required for non-EU countries.

The truck driver does not handle unloading. To unload the goods, you must ensure you have the appropriate equipment (pallet jack, forklift) available in advance.

Unfortunately, this is not possible. Payment for the goods is based on our invoice and is made only by bank transfer in euros to our bank account.

Payment for the goods is made in euros to our bank account within the timeframe specified on our invoice.

After your payment, we would like to receive confirmation of payment from your bank.

Delivery time is up to 2 weeks, barring force majeure (lineups at the border, seasonal road restrictions, natural disasters, military operations, etc.)

We provide information on the location of the goods at every stage of the transaction: loading and customs clearance, border crossing and customs clearance, and the estimated time of arrival of the truck at your warehouse. As a rule, we try to accommodate your preferences regarding the arrival time of the goods at the warehouse.

Upon the truck's arrival, you can inspect the goods during the unloading process. The end customer signs the receipt of the goods at the unloading location in column 24 of the CMR (company seal, date, signature). If the recipient does not have a seal (this must be communicated to us in advance during the contract process), the recipient must personally enter the following information in column 24 of the CMR: full company name, address, EU VAT number, date, and signature.

This must be communicated in advance during the transaction process. In any case, either you as our buyer or your client must mark the receipt of the cargo at the unloading location in column 24 of the CMR (company seal, date, signature).
